When you are proceeding to checkout for your order, you have to choose the country and the city of your shipping address. Then it will automatically indicate you the delivery charge below the order amount.

We use Stripe and Paypal as a secure payment platforms, it allow us to accept any kind of payment with credit or debit card and Paypal account. Please refer to Paypal conditions on www.paypal.com, or Stripe conditions on www.stripe.com.

We aim to deliver your order in the 2 to 6 working days after treatment of your order. We can confirm your order in 1 hour to 2 days before the treatment. However, sometimes during busy sale periods, deliveries may take longer. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days.
For Wholesales order, depend on quantity, it can take until 15 working days. However, it is usually take us less than 15 days.
For Customized pocket, orders can take 2 to 6 working days, depend on quantity.

You will receive an invoice with the detail of your order by e-mail after confirmation of your order, it means when it is ready to ship.

Please refer to Size Chart on product page, for the t-shirts and sweatshirts.

You can wash your T-shirt in a washing machine, following the instructions care. Take off the pocket of your T-shirt (snatch it) and wash it by separating your garment colors (white, black and colors). Follow instructions written on the care label.
Our building system resists to the washing machine. However, you have to wash and dry carefully, please reverse your T-shirt and iron on the building system. Make sure to relax the cotton in the good way.

For any problem with your order (size or defects), you are allowed to return the product concerned in the 14 days after delivery and we will resend you a new product as soon as we receive the product.
Do not wash or damage the product.
The shipping charges are at your expense.
Customized pockets can not be exchange or refund.
